Gadgets
I learned how to add gadgets to my blog! How fun! Now I'm feeling a little more up to par....
Comments
I just glanced through the comments on my blog. I hope we don't disappoint anyone. Our presentation is over the method of using case study in educating on the importance of the hand-off tool. Our wiki page has references for hand-off tools, but we did not create our own. We are using a case study in which the hand-off tool failed. By using this method our intent is to educate on the importance of using the hand-off tool correctly.
In Review...
I have been reading other blogs tonight and found mine to be sorely lacking. There are some very creative people in our class! I enjoyed the voki's that people put on their blogs. I was able to get a link to open to a voki on our wiki page but did not try to get it on to my blog page. I have never done a blog before. I have found that it's fun and easy! The biggest thing that I have learned from this assignment is the use of technology. I don't think of utilizing these various technological methods in teaching as it was not available when I was in school. However, students today expect this and we need to know what it out there and on the horizon.
Our presentation is this week and I published our power point and references to the discussion board. I feel pretty confident in presenting this method as I have been using it in my teaching practicum with the second degree students. In my literature review I discovered that the method of case study in education spans across the educational fields and its origin actually stems from the Harvard school of business.
